Refund Policy

At Nifty Works, customer service is a priority. If you, our customers are not completely satisfied with our product or service, you have the right to notify us for the return or exchange of your goods purchased. We will either replace or return it, subject to the terms stated below. This Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions; hence all wording as defined in our T’s and C’s applies to This Policy, unless stated otherwise. This Policy only applies to products bought from Nifty Works itself.

The provision of goods and services by Nifty Works is subject to availability. Any items that are damaged may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be returned in their original packaging via courier. You may log the return or exchange by sending an email to returns@niftyworks.co.za whereby the customer includes all of the following information:

1. Your order number
2. The product/s that you would like to return from your order
3. Your reason for return
4. Your contact details (Name, Surname, Email address and a South African contact number)

5. A copy of the waybill number should be emailed to returns@niftyworks.co.za

Once a return or exchange is logged, it is the responsibility of the customer to get the product to our offices and the customer is also liable for any fees incurred in sending the product back to us. As soon as the product reaches our offices, it will be inspected by our technical staff,  examining the cause of damage or any other reason for the return of the product. Inspection can take up to 7 business days and thereafter, we will notify the customer of the results obtained after inspection.

Should the results be successful after inspection, the customer requested will be notified of a course of action. Please ensure that goods are in original packaging with no accessories or parts missing and product is unused and undamaged (if the request is for you to be refunded). When products are used and damaged out of customer negligent reasons, after inspection results, Nifty Works reserves the right to exchange or repair these products only, no refund option offered. With the success of the inspection process, Nifty Works will notify the customer of its success and a log for dispatch of the new product/s will be scheduled for delivery.
If results are unsuccessful after inspection, we shall notify the customer as to why it failed the inspection and its then the responsibility of the customer to arrange for collection of the product/s from our office. Any costs incurred for returning the unsuccessful item back to the customer is the responsibility of the customer.
